Miso-Making Experience: In the past, it was common in Japan for families to make miso from scratch at home. While ready-made miso is now widely available, we invite you to rediscover the joy of making miso by hand.

We also plan to offer miso-making sessions using specially designed kits, making it easy for anyone to join the experience.
